Paul, this is not the language, customers should be handled. I know, that the support always gets the beatings from customers, especially with a realtime quote service, where real money at risk is involved. I use Ravenquote with qfeed as a more expensive EOD Service, because I can't trust the data. The trust has to be build up again. Currently, I have 3 streaming quote services (including qfeed) and one snapshot service (broker based). Loosing money because of datafeed problems, is one of those possibilities to blame losses to someone else and serious traders should be able to avoid this. regards Peter
