I do not know who has complained, although some on both sides were doing so. I am afraid, though, that once the thread has been deemed degenerate, the administration becomes "pro-active", in order to prevent things from getting out of hand. I find it hard to blame them, they have a reputation to maintain, and they are pretty sparing in the application of Terms of Use unless there have been a number of complaints. I can see why you are offended, but not everyone thought everything was in good fun, I am sure. I would hope you would ride out the election (not so long, really), rather than giving up. After all, who are we going to laugh at when Bush wins? |
