Yogi,

Even "dead money" can make a little if you are willing to settle for it. My entry point on AMES is low enough so that if it could just get near 5 I could sell calls that might take me out with a small profit. If I do that and it does pop I would miss the nice gains, but if the hope is gone that's not a bad move. If it can't hold above 5, a few rounds of calls will get my cost down to a nicer point.

I actually think if we ever do get close to 5, and as long as this short interest stays high, we will probably run a ways above. If the shorts get covered quietly at $4 and below over the next month or so, then I will lose hope.
