Anyone here think we might see a class action suit launched against AMZN, it's directors and perhaps Morgan Stanley? I figure some lawyers some where must be working on putting this together. After reading the Barron's article it sounds like they may have a claim? I hoping to start building a long term short position in AMZN that I will never have to cover :) I think we might get a post election sell off. Depends on the CSCO earnings, but I expect that things may look different after the election. All year I have heard traders talk about how the market can't crash because it's and election year. How Greenspan will hold up the market...etc. I expect this gave some the idea they would a bit more safe buying the dip. Some how I imagine that after the election if the nas trys 3000 again will get real ugly. I heard the only time the October lows were broken in Nov. Dec the same year was 1929. I expect that if this rally in the Dow falls apart and the Dow and NAS break Oct. lows it will shock the market. I could almost feel the margin buying today.

AMZN remains on my short list as the best company to short for broke over the next year. Plenty-o down side left here.
