Joe,

Do you run a firewall on a LAN or cable modem of DSL?

Any idea what kind of virus it was?

The reason I ask is that installing a firewall is an eye opener, especially for non e-mail viruses. If you have a lot of data on your computer, your need to pay close attention to security these days.

It is a good idea to go to a secure site that can check you system for security problems and try to configure your PC to be as invisible to the Net as possible.
