The daily Utilities chart suggests it's waiting for the next bit of chaos. The TP window is suggesting the same thing. Weekly Chart's a little different. It's weakened considerably and the bars are signaling caution and shortly a sell. The 5-RSI has diverged as well...! But, as you know with TP's they can go either way...! I still like the long side going forward.
