Wally speaks - cross post from RB: ragingbull.altavista.com Latest Information. Just got off the phone with Keith. (Seems like a lot of my messages start that way.) Merger/acquisition is going forward. The majority of the details have been worked out. Progress has been made on all fronts. Details and final news will be released within the next 10 working days. Lawyers and accountants are doing what lawyers and accountant do. Keith firmly believes (as do I, for what its worth) that this will be one of the best things for the company, to date. I promise you that as soon as I send the release to the wires I will post it here. Don't ask me for any details, at this time, because I have none. On a separate note, according to Keith, the ArchivalCD paperwork came back from the SEC asking for additional information. However, they had already been sent the additional information and when it was brought to their attention, in the best imitation of Rosanne Rosannadanna, they said... Never Mind. So I expect to hear some more on this soon. Wally_TSA
