There are times during debates when misstatements are made. The right wing has absolutely seized on other "lies" and turned them into rumor and innuendo masquerading as fact rivaling the greatest of urban legends. Like Love Story and inventing the internet. Thus Bradley's charges stuck. Bush is guilty misstatements as well as Gore. Up until now, Bush has received carte blanch to say whatever he pleased with little fact checking. Now that has changed. The point is this is nothing new for Gore, it is for Bush. I'm way ahead of you, pal.
