No, I don't think you are... KDDI has committed publicly that they are willing to loose money for a few years in order to build marketshare, which will provide a nice incentive for subscribers to switch from DoCoMo. Keep an eye on them, they start their national offering today, and represent the first real competition to DoCoMo. KDDI will be an excellent incentive for DoCoMo to get WCDMA on it's feet in a hurry, otherwise, they risk tremendous loss of marketshare and embarrasment. Kent
