It was awful. The whole time the shi shi was attacking me, Brad and Ric were talking about football. When you were there Jerry, you kept everyone focused. Brad lost control of the meeting. All the progress made in last week's meetings was lost.

Jerry, I wish you had been there to chair the meeting. If you had, maybe the shi shi and I would still be on the road to solving our differences. Now, since Brad lost control, all is lost. Brad even left his empty tray with trash on the table for the shi shi to clean up. It was a sad, sad meeting.

We're basically back to where we were two weeks ago. I'm instructing my lawyer today to file for a court date. There's no other way....
