I wonder when the Samsung agreement was actually SIGNED, and, separately, what the options and discussions were regarding the timing of the release of the information. Before the market opened YESTERDAY, did Rambus know that the information would be released THIS morning ? Or did the events of yesterday CAUSE the information to be released THIS morning. Would be interesting to have been a fly on someone's wall.
