I would call it a brilliant move that would essentially pre-empt the irresponsible Federal Reserve

such tax cuts would be stimulative to the economy
sure, it would focus initially on consumer spending
but such enterprises as HomoDepo and other cyclicals would benefit

if Bush were to announce his Cabinet choices on tentative basis
he could lock this election
