JW... Wouldn't a massive tax cut at this time perhaps force the Fed into tightening, instead of easing. I sure would like to see that the budget surplus was actually there before spending it. Love to see some spent on reinvestment, debt repayment and underpinning Social Security. Then a tax cut. Mornin' Riders of the purple sage.... Scott
