<<PS: I thought the Korea subsidiary had been discounted and factored in...>>
I assume you are referring to handset subsidy rather than KT Freetel, subsidiary of Korea Telecom?

Is it safe to say that it is only a matter of time until Koreans upgrade their cell phones? Is there pent up demand? How soon will 1x be rolled out en masse and won't consumers need to get a new phone to utilize the improved service?

Also, I'm confused about the new Hanaro Telecom development. If Hanaro qualifies for and receives new spectrum for CDMA2000, does that mean that one of the three major carriers that have applied for wCDMA will not get any new spectrum? If so, what impact will that have on that carrier when wireless goes 3G?

It does seem like a great deal of uncertainty is factored into the stock price. I'm certainly hoping the tide turns during this next quarter.
