Pray For And Visualize A Better Novell.....

Everything is going to boil down to ONE thing: moving from "NO" towards embracing and letting "GO"

Here are some thoughts shared by the "Dialogue Group". They are preparing a conference next week.

This is the kind of stuff that Novell needs more of. This cross-haired, targeted, defensive, "right vs. wrong" dialogue and tone of Scott's approach has got to stop.

Here's a brief review. I lost the references in my "copy paste", but will try to retrieve and post for credit and more comment.

Here GOes......

==================

-- Seek what is emerging from the often unspoken, deepest intentions and aspirations, rather than seeking to fix or change a group's current way of being.

-- Focus on the group's voice and embodied wholeness rather than seeking remedies or healing for each of the group members.

-- Learn to perceive the group, the business or the community as a living system, in order to directly engage its inherent search for its next evolutionary shape and steps.

-- Stepping out to deliberate points of view outside the system allows us needed distance from the "problem." Once "outside" the system, we can observe cultural reflexes, habits and norms that the system is unconscious of. From these vantage points we begin to see the group's
blindspots and ways it maintains its current consensual reality.

-- Simulating a system in action, including how it behaves in the context of its larger ecology, enables us to perceive the consequences of countervailing intentions and strategies. We can detect what is coherent and working,
and those factors that will need to shift for the system to evolve.

-- Simulations created and enacted by group members allow communities to explore and test likely consequences of new proposals. Real time breakthrough ideas can be enacted and evolved. Their "ripple" can be examined as it passes through various simulated constituencies and structures, and the system as a whole.

-- Working directly with deeply ingrained cultural reflexes and habits of thought, and simulating a group's behavior as a system, enables groups to move well beyond an exchange of opinions. Participants learn from direct experience. They can co-create and practice new patterns or "neural
pathways" at the same time.

===========

Those who are perceiving me as whining and crossing swords do not understand where I am coming from.

I'm not coming from a negative perspective at the bottom of some dark well.

I am really coming from a positive perspective in an environment that's filled with risk, forgiveness, acceptance, energy and light.

If Scott wants to label and define me otherwise then that's his choice. If the TRUTH is all we are after then there is no point to all this negativity, stress and strain.

Where I'm coming from has nothing to do with this Old paradigm of power/control which feeds off the trust and risk others take.

The transformational point I'm trying to make to the greater Novell community involves repositioning the group's thinking to embrace "GO" as opposed to the current "NO" that seems to be defining/restricting/limiting them.

When individuals like myself and others touch on this stuff we naturally stir up these visceral reactions for most individuals are still trapped in the relative dimension of time, lack and limits which are powered and controlled by the belief in the illusion of NO.

Thus, any/all recommendations get interpreted through this NO filter. The bottom line is this: NO cannot tolerate ANY competition. NO does not care whether things are "right" or "wrong." For all that really matters is power and control.

Scott and the current Novell cannot tolerate anything that does not come under the dominion of their "NO".

This paradigm of NO has been ruling and oppressing the world since the beginning of time. And there's this incredible brick wall that does not want ANYONE to break through to understand and accept the energy, light, forgiveness and love that freely available to all on the "other side."

It's the same as the camel through the eye of the needle. A NO mindset will not allow us to believe, accept, have faith and forgive enough to "let go" and just "be."

Just for a split second try imagining and believing in this ONE thing - ie. that we ALL have energy, light and love that's supposed to be freely positioned, reflected and shared in "service to" everyone that walks the face of this earth and with universes everywhere.

Now if we begin to believe in this little thought a massively virally positive new world of energy, light and love will begin to dawn on mankind.

For the belief in this perspective allows us to enter into communion with the energy that exists within us all. We learn to stop defining, labelling, limiting, refracting and restricting this energy - both within us and within others.

Perhaps a name change is in order:

GOvell.....

instead of...

NOvell

Interesting, huh?

Peace.

GO!!
