A few weeks ago there was a report of a cable TV company
in KC that was being recruited by the anti aol/twx merger
forces because SFA refused to sell to them. They implied (rumor) was that TWX was preventing their suppliers from selling equipment to others in their (TWX's) market.

If TWX (big if) was indeed preventing SFA or CCUR from selling equipment to their competition and SEAC is now
selling to TWX's competition, perhaps...perhaps we might
conclude SEAC would be blocked from TWX's NYC site.
