JJB, I hope to have a more complete answer for you regarding your question regarding log washers next week, after meeting with the techs from the company I purchased my new equipment. For around $27,000 you can pick up a used log washer. They are not a complicated or high tech piece of equipment, and I did not consider using them in my operation because of how slow they are. They do work and serve many peoples needs. What are the large established companies using? I will try to get a response from one of them, and what their position is on log washers for the oil sands industry. Has anyone done this already?
