Many of the 2nd teir stocks(small caps) have begun to move. I think investors may be bottom fishing! Float is small and probably short position may be high. I hope there is news I paid way above present price. What ever happenend to large contract from ?(french comp. can't remember name) ever materialize?? big bucks never happened??
