May I agree with your final point. At 2x rev of $500MM is worth approx $14/share (based on 72MM shares). Assuming ANTC legacy business is only worth .5x rev of $1,000MM you get another $14/share for the leftovers. Backing out net debt of $500MM or $7.00/share I calculate a sum of the parts valuation of approx. $21/share for the new ARRS. Compelling risk reward proposition at this price. The conf call did nothing to dull my enthusiasm for this business.
