Osprey,

Not too worried about that as the company is doing what they said they would do. Some of the 1st questions I asked were in regards to insiders stock and the answer satisfied me 100%. Here is what I was told.

The majority of stock in the company is held by 2 of the principals. They have been taking their salaries in stock at the end of each quarter. By doing this their stock falls under the "Short Swing Profit Rule" which has 2 effects. The first is their stock can't be traded for 6 months and secondly after the 6 months they are only allowed to sell 133,000 shares between the 2 of them.

(damn I am glad made notes-LOL)

I live in Vancouver and spent some time down at the office before I bought and it's a real company. I was in their office at 7:30 and met about 20 people who were busily working away.

In the conversation I had with the COO, Victor Cardenas, who I saw has 30 years background with IBM, with 15 of that in senior management, was very sincere and open.

I may have been a little more suspicious if they hadn't been signing so many new avenues of marketing their product such as NetVoyager.com and Empire financial with lots more in the works.

I understand that they are up to 35,000 clients now and with the 2 new groups that is obviously going to increase.

They also mentioned several large company's that are looking at similar relations as they just announced with the 2 above company's.

You mention buying more but are you shareholder now? I sense a little bit of bitterness in your post.
