Don,
Wouldn't you call the contract announcements of the last two weeks IDX talking to shareholders? On the NRID front, I didn't see any exclusive language in the LU announcement. Would it be in LU's best interest to give this technology to NRID and Keytronics (take a good look at their financials)? If you can access AOL, check out what people on the NRID board are saying about the significance of the NRID/LU purchasing agreement. You may find that many are not impressed.
