Sonki: As I posted several time in this thread, AMAT is not into Lithography. I believe, sooner or later they will buy one instead of developing their own product group on this. Either ASMLF or SVGI. After this conf. call, ASMLF might be the one AMAT is leaning towards. Because J.Morgan talks about gloablization, capability etc., etc.,. Regards Kumar.
