In fact, maybe Edison's offspring can go ahead and sue anyone right now that makes anything that draws power. Or, Newton's (Einstein's?) offspring can go ahead and sue anyone that sells anything that takes up space

And India, the inventor of ZERO can sue anyone that uses zero or the decimal system. Go back to the Greek system of I II III IV V VI VII .......

But you forget the statute of limitations ! They all expired before man made Laws and LIARS were here.
