Gupta's website at gupta.com

If you click on "headlines," you'll see all their recent press releases. Gupta changed its name to Centura Software, and I think they're going to change the stock symbol later but I'm not sure.

Centura's software is highly regarded by trade mags in tests against MS Visual Basic, Borland Delphi, and Forte. Gupta programmers are in the highest demand among competing product develops according to Computerworld. Gupta's leads in 1) 3-tier client/server development with legacy systems and 2) Internet capabilities.

I bought GPTAE today. The stock was down lately because they delayed their 1Q financial report. Accounting problems hammered this stock before, but I believe the problems are over. CFO said delay was to finalize results due to the software industry's complex sales agreements - nothing major.

To all - You can also email me if you don't want the whole world to see your comments.

To Jim - Glad to see you following Gupta. Looks like semi's haven't bottomed yet. Hopefully, the earnings reports will be good...but usually the best time to buy cyclicals is when p/e's are high or companies are losing money. It looks like we're too early to be in semis.
