The issue is with authentication. When you enter your password, it is converted to an encrypted format, behind the scenes, before it is checked against the authentication servers. This is where the problem is arising. We are continuing to work on this, however I don't believe it will be resolved until Friday, at the earliest. Not all Livecharts users have been affected by this, which is adding a wrinkle to the correction process.
