...is this really an issue? --- The issue is that MS has an ongoing public perception that it's systems are not secure. Jeez, if it's that easy to hack into microsoft.com itself, what does that say about the security of data on a MS customer's server where they don't have highly paid expert administration? --- Who wants this to happen to *them? --- Sure, no system is altogether secure, but apparently, MS's systems are at the low end of the spectrum; not the first choice when given a choice. --- Worse, the same type of problem keeps popping up again and again. What's MS doing about it? Not much, apparently. --- This widening perception is happening at a very bad time. -JCJ
