The 100 you see on the bid might be much more. Market makers don't always show their true size, and in fact aren't required to when they are working an order greater than 10,000 shares. The market maker on the bid might not even get stock if somebody sells at the bid because whoever is working the order for the seller can buy the stock instead of selling to the highest bidder. You know as little about the Nasdaq market maker system as you do about this company. A big zero.
