Butch Harmon - personal coach to Tiger Woods - is excited about the worlds’
anticipation over his upcoming instructional video production

Firelight Corporation (the company) is extremely pleased to report that final arrangements
have been made for their upcoming video shoot in Las Vegas on November 9, 10 and
11th.

As previously reported, the company has entered into a binding agreement with Butch
Harmon which grants the company ownership of, and exclusive world wide marketing
rights to, Mr. Harmon’s much anticipated instructional golf videos. As personal coach to
many of the world’s top professionals, including Tiger Woods, Mark Calcavecchia, Davis
Love III, and Darren Clarke, Butch is universally renowned as the planets finest golf
instructor. His unique teaching techniques and incredible results have created a
worldwide demand for his services, that is reaching unmanageable proportions. Through
these videos, Butch is excited in finally being able to pass on some of his many "game
making" tips to the general public and average golfer. Butch is also pleased to report that
his exceptional new student, Adam Scott will attend and actually participate in the
videos.

"The timing is perfect", says Firelight president Brad Hope. "With golf now the fastest
growing sport in the world, and the ever increasing demand for Butch’s instructional
expertise, there is a real and very significant need for a viable, easy, and fun to use,

Our upcoming video production, an initial series of 3 tapes, currently entitled "Butch’s
Ultimate Golf" is being created to address this huge need."

well as professional, golf. Interest in attending our inaugural shoot has been phenomenal.
So much so, that we have just had to increase our block of rooms at the Rio Hotel in Las
Vegas."

Confirmed attendees include Acura , Exxon’s marketing agent Austin Press and other
brand name corporate entities. Time Warner, which has expressed interest in marketing
rights, as well as Golf Digest, are in discussions regarding attendance. The company
expects media coverage to be extensive. In addition, a leading direct TV and infomercial
expert from Japan, who hopes to secure marketing rights for Japan and Asia, will be in
attendance. They believe retail sales of the videos will far surpass any results previously
achieved in the industry.

The company believes similar exceptional consumer interest and sales will be realized
throughout North America and the world. "The hottest sport on the planet and its
greatest instructor make for a very exciting combination" claims Mr. Hope. "I believe
Butch’s video series will truly become a "best seller". We are currently working on sales
projections and are in negotiations with a possible director of international marketing.
The company hopes to make an announcement in this respect, prior to the Las Vegas
shoot".
