FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 2000--

21st Century Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets:TEXN) (formerly OTCBB:TEXN) today announced that its second amended Form 10-SB registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Interested shareholders can access the amended Form 10-SB at www.sec.gov or www.freeedgar.com. The second amended Form 10-SB responded to comments from the SEC regarding corporate and accounting matters. Chairman Kenneth E. Wilson stated: "We are all glad to have the second amendment behind us. We will continue to work with staff at the SEC to make sure our responses are complete, timely and hit the mark.

"Becoming 'comment free' still depends upon the SEC's further review of our answers. We need to keep the momentum going since getting re-listed on the bulletin board is a priority goal for us. At the same time, we have continued to grow our business lines with enthusiasm high among our employees in all divisions."

Once the company has achieved compliant status with the SEC, then OTC Bulletin Board trading privileges will be reinstated. In the meantime TEXN will continue to trade on the Pink Sheets, www.pinksheets.com.

Shareholders will be updated as more information becomes available.
