Stupid, not astute. The article is stupid, not astute. I will grant that the arguments are logical. The problem is that there is overwhelming evidence that the author is wrong. Anybody who thinks that the telco capex slowdown is just the same thing that happens every year should look at a 5 year chart of the share price of any telco. Or look at earnings. We have gotten very close to the end of the story of The Boy Who Cried Wolf--the part where the wolf actually shows up. Tom D
