Duron KT133 Problems? amdzone.com Sayeth Chris Tom: "I have received some news from an anonymous source that AMD may have changed their plan for the Mustang series of CPUs. Apparently AMD may accelerate their Hammer series and rely on Palomino SMP systems in the meantime. Also there is word of a possible glitch with the VIA KT133 chipset and Duron processors. Apparently there is a glitch the requires the motherboard maker to add components to the board to bypass this problem. VIA is reportedly working on a fix. I'll try to confirm or dispel this to the best of my ability." Weird - I'm inclined to dismiss these rumors, but since no one here had posted about it I thought I'd put it up for discussion. cds
