After careful consideration, and much discussion my own viewpoints have been clarified in my own mind. I've been much harder on Jerry then he deserved, and he seems to have done some very good work internally leading AMD to where they are.

However, I'm unhappy with how he has conducted himself in public and how he has treated the investor/analyst community. I feel that one of the largest things holding back AMD stock is the perception of the company, and that perception comes mostly from Jerry Sanders.
