come over to the amzn thread if you want to talk about it. SEC investigation will lead to a restatement of the cash position. which is terrible. i think a class action suit could be launched any day. short covering and dumb money pushing this stock. Big boys will be coming in to short it to death...it will be going bust. I will hold through christmas if i have to. As i said earlier as a daytrader i can trade around my short position. I short more when I see weakness and cover some when see strength. i realize losses along the way but get price improvement on my short. Currently my blotter shows me in the green with an average price of $38.78 on 2000 shares. I realized a few thousand in losses to get in this position. Fortunately, over the last two days I have daytraded about the same in net profit on my other trades. So, from where I sit I am up a couple of bucks on the week and have AMZN short near $40. I think $50 will be the absolute top on that pig. If I see a break of $41 1/16. (the downtrend line) I will lighten up and reshort more on the first sign of weakness. Other then that I will be looking to add to my short on the way down as the news comes out. I might be a little too bold but I feel like my 2000 shares is money in the bank. If I don't have to cover I will profit $78,000. I will most likely cover in the $5's just to be done with it. (goes breaks down there)
