Where did your county spend their tobacco money. On hospital facilities and clinics - I'll bet not. Probably on Parks and Playgrounds.

John, John.........John.............John:

Parks and Playgrounds?? How utterly pedestrian of you to suggest that. WE are in California. AND in California, WE are not heathens, after all.

ALL lump sum settlements go into a special fund.

It is called the "Quackenbush Directive". Every dime of that 83 Million dollars goes into a LOCK BOX TRUST which has as its main purpose for all but $12,000 to fund the reelection campaigns of all incumbents who are involved with the funds within such proximity as is equal (or less than) the distance, to the length between each individual politician's shoulder bears to their hands. :))
