Much of bubble activity started just about the middle of December last year. IMO, lots of cash coming out of the internet sector helped drive the upward direction of this sector.

Given the way the tech sector has been wrecked by all the recent muddled and often contradictory analysis there is again money on the sidelines. Perhaps the biotech sector, with its few rather noteworthy "immune" stars, will see big cash flows coming its way again - soon.

This post (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=14618501) quoting Gail Dudack and this snipet from the response from greedsgd: "Now for her to mention biotechs, now that is amazing. This could be more evidence that some of these lower priced biotechs are about to turn the corner and really breakout on the upside. This individual (Gail) I believe sees risks in putting cash in the bank."
would also seem to validate the case that money managers are looking to park money in the biotech sector. Peter, your post certainly seems to give added credence to this issue.
