Cataldo gets a new five-year employment contract. Even if he gets terminated he still gets paid $640,000 each year until the end of May 2005. He also got $2 million worth of stock at current prices. That's rediculous. There are some CEO's of multi-billion dollar profitable companies that don't get paid $640,000 per year in cash. Read the September 2000 sedar.com filing.
