He didn't have to tell them to keep their shares--if this goes through, they each stand to reap a huge windfall in the ripeness of time. I got my prospectus yesterday. Over 500 pages. The financial printers made a bundle on this, as have the lawyers and investment bankers. I already sent in my vote (can you guess what it was?). Some interesting tidbits in the prospectus, but won't have time to share them until this weekend. Sam Oh, and by the way.... VOTE NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
