Why wipe out any low wage jobs? It just makes those who can least afford it go out and find another low wage job. If a minimum wage law is a good idea from an economic standpoint why not make the minimum wage a million dollars? If you can answer that question you will figure out why the whole idea of a minimum wage is a joke in the first place.
