GV, Looks like Osha is trying again with a $50 price target this time. Remember his $55 was pulled after a couple hours because it would have required him to upgrade INTC's rating rather than downgrade it. If we are to believe the $50 is anything more than a made up number, he should feel compelled to downgrade INTC to a Neutral above $45.45.
