I skimmed it last night - I will look at it under greater detail tonight. I think the new accounting firm and lawyer for TEXN know more about what the SEC are looking for then me (or any other poster on this or any other message board). I think the SEC will be impressed and may wait until our quarter results are in (due November 15) before releasing any information about our comment-free status. Ken Wilson has learned his lessons well and will take this company places - he is being more cautious in the last PR - which is a good thing, better to do better then you stated rather then worse.
