The kind of stock promotional fraud, destructive volatility, and a total disregard for fundamentals that we have seen the past year or two will not go away until more of the people like those who pushed NOPT up are bankrupt. That is not bitterness; That is reality. Too many very questionable companies rocketed up on BS PR: NOPT, ZICA, ICCA, ZIXI, etc. etc. etc. People and money need to be taken out of the market.
