James we are setting up very nicely for that rendezvous with 4220 area however the market needs to reassured and cajoled that is now what is happening..the markets looks nice and cool to proceed after the setbacks from ALTR and WCOM.. a single day bad news this market pre CSCO earnings will be set up above 3500 and that one earning will set the tone for Nov..
