biz.yahoo.com According to DeCaprio, "Belden (NYSE:BWC) is one of the most diverse wire and cable companies that we follow, and does not have exposure to the areas where we're more concerned about less optimistic growth prospects or cyclical exposure. About 60% of its revenues are generated from the networking and communications areas, so we think that the growth prospects for the company are quite good. Earnings this year are expected to be up more than 20%, with another similar type of growth gain expected in 2001, and yet the stock is really trading like a value name instead of a growth name."
