NARI Announces Intention to Change Company Name
Scandia, MN -- July 21, 2000 -- North American Resorts, Inc. (OTCBB:NARI), announces that it intends to change the company name to IMMULABS CORPORATION.
Ben Traub, President and Chief Executive Officer, comments, "We believe that the name 'Immulabs' more accurately reflects the Company's future business focus.''
The name 'Immulabs Corporation' has been reserved for the Company and will become effective upon a vote of the shareholders. Notice of the vote will be sent out to shareholders through an Information Statement that will also be filed with the SEC.
The name change comes as part of a corporate reorganization that is being managed by Cyclone Financing Group Inc. (CFGi), the firm responsible for NARI's incubation. Ben Traub, NARI's President, is also the owner of CFGi, a private management consulting firm specializing in the incubation of public companies. CFGi provides in-house legal, accounting, compliance, marketing and investor relations services to its clients and leads them through a strategic plan of future development and growth.
