Experience with UNIX and scripting to automate processes. Some basic knowledge of TCP/IP and the troubleshooting of IP based networks would be ideal. Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies and protocols: RSVP, ISDN, MGCP, H.323, TCP/IP, VoIP, VoATM family of networking protocols or T1 related protocols. Experience with telecommunications technology such as PBX, Centrex or Central Office switches. Voice feature development in VxWorks.
