I voted Monday.

Here is an interesting report I skimmed through.

biz.yahoo.com

I read this to say Lehman Brothers valuated SEG Operations in several ways and came up with valuations between $1.9 and $5 billion. That should translate to $8 to $21 per share. I imagine the $8 per share valuation basically said a company making less than $1 per share per year with negative growth over the last three years and high risk products should not be valued with a PE higher than 8. They do not go into enough detail to explain the evaluations.

If we add in the $8+ per share cash and consider the other securities we see what we have being saying all along. We're getting screwed. VOTE NO!
