Janovec, Chairman and CEO of AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. ("ARET") (OTC
Bulletin Board: ARET) announced AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. has entered
into a consulting agreement with L.G. Zangani LLC ("LGZ").
LGZ shall serve as financial public relations consultants to ARET during the
term of this Agreement. In such capacity, LGZ will introduce ARET to segments of
the financial community, prepare ARET press releases, and other communications
to shareholders, the investment community and the general public.
Delmar A. Janovec, Chairman and CEO of AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. further
stated; L.G. Zangani LLC will serve as liaison to the financial community during
the forward merger between ARET and PLH. Leonardo Zangani and Michael Carsten
