Hi Voltage, What do you make of the Downgrade to ORCL. I wouldn't think that the houses would continue to beat up on the any of the four leaders... I also just noticed a downgrade on PMCS. I wouldn't think the houses still need to get into some of these already beat down stocks. I'm wondering if they wish to keep playing these games until there is a complete wash out...
