I was talking with LiamCK about that. I wanted to buy it at 19 and he wouldn't let me.......LOL.

I think it stalls out a little higher...and meanders in here for a while. Looks like short covering now, especially since the funds blew it all out for tax loss selling.

PS: Two cheapie value plays worth considering are UIS and KOPN. I like the chart on UIS ST; KOPN is more a MT, LT play.
