Naveen Jain said that they GNET's relationship with Paul Allen's cable consortium was the most important element of their decison to merge. He also said that now, before GNET begins providing cable service to the cable consortia, is the time to buy GNET because GNET would become a lot more expensive after service begins to be deployed early next year.
